"OPT"imizing Performance
Olympic Physical Therapy (OPT) has been in the business of Sports Rehabilitation and Performance Programs for 10 years. In that time, OPT has worked with athletes from the youth to the professional levels. OPT's knowledge of the Biomechanics of Sport sets them apart in the field.
OPT is also a local company that has made a commitment to "strengthening our communities" n which we serve. We are excited to partner with Portsmouth High School to provide Strength and Conditioning Services to their student-athletes, as well as developing programs for those students not involved in formal athletics.
