On Your First Visit
- Dress Comfortably. You may want to wear a T-shirt, shorts/sweatpants, and sneakers.
- Expect to perform some exercise activity on your first day. After the evaluation it is common to have a treatment as well which may include stretching and or strengthening as well as some manual therapy.
- Please be 10 minutes early for your first visit. There are intake forms as well as insurance specific questionaires that may need to be filled out prior to treatment. Some of these form are downloadable below so that you can complete them to the best of your knowledge before arriving on your first day. This may make it quicker and easier to process you on your first visit.
